Application for Open Board of Directors position

Applications are being accepted for ONE 2-year term from April 2026 to April 2028 for Position 3 AND TWO 3-year terms from April 2026 to April 2029 for Position 6 and Position 7. This application form must be completed and submitted to the Butler WSC main office or by email at butlerwatersupply@hotmail.com by MARCH 10, 2026 by close of business for the applicant’s name to be placed on the ballot.
